Position Description
The Interactive Marketing Manager will have end to end ownership of campaign/program planning and success metrics for Comparison Shopping Engines (pricegrabber.com and others) for US and Canada. Due to nature of constant changes in Interactive Marketing, campaign duties may change regularly. Other responsibilities include:
Own optimization of campaigns with focus on shop traffic, revenue, ROAS (or E/R). Manage relationship with Channel Adviser - partner in data feed management and syndication.
Manage and optimize substantial ad budget for specified campaigns
Manage analytics, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and programs; provide management reports and insight as needed.
Create and implement efficient workflow processes in order to ensure on-time ad implementation in support of run rate business, product launches and efficient use of Agencies time and budget, internal resources
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure integration of demand generation campaigns and site experience, offers, messaging etc.
Continually discover and leverage best practices and new tools within the online marketing domain as applicable to demand generation interactive marketing and tech industry.

Additional program management for this position may include:
Mobile advertising
Management and implementation of landing pages for other programs like Display and Email campaigns
Demand Generation through leverage of Social Media


Position Requirements
The successful candidate will have comprehensive understanding of the complete range of interactive marketing elements, movement of customers from initial or upper funnel stage of shopping to close/purchase, interplay of various pieces of advertising/traditional media and social media.
Critical to this role is ability to identify and implement quickly online trends in demand generation, drive best practice sharing and continuous learning across the organization.
Experience in successfully managing traffic generating programs including Shopping Engines, Display, social media campaigns, multi-layer relationships (like CNET engagements)
Strong management and communication skills in dealing with several agencies at once, many internal teams
Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects at same level of detail, ability to multi-task
Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data
7 to 10 years of Marketing/Demand Generation experience
Minimum of 5 years of online/interactive experience
eCommerce/Direct experience highly desirable
Proven track record of managing projects/relationships with Ad/Media agencies
Ecommerce/landing page optimization
Media planning and optimization
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
